amiss Splendid has been serving the meat industry and associates for more than 25 years. And as we are an industry super fund, any profits are for members. You will join the Employer Sponsored Division if you labor for an employer who will be making Superannuation Guarantee contributions for you. If you labor for yourself, then the Personal Division is good for your needs. It is primarily for self employed people that do not have an employer obliged to pay Superannuation Guarantee contributions for them. You can only become a member of amiss Splendid where a participating employer nominates you as a member. The amiss Splendid Personal Division is unfold to anyone irrespective of their employment. Only the 1.70 per week fee is deducted directly from member accounts. All other fees are deducted from the Fund’s wealth and taken into account when declaring earning rates which are net of fees and taxes. With over 15 years in superannuation, David has been talking to people about splendid oneonone and at seminars all over Queensland. She is our Employer Liaison Manager and speaks with our employers about how amiss Splendid works (from a payroll and staff education perspective). Leila has substantial experience in superannuation and financial services, spanning some 18 years and was segment of an creative education team for one of Australia’s largest retail superannuation funds.
