Anthony, along with his close active companion Jeffrey, completed all the silicone work within the first phase of the QB Project for Murano Walls. Anthony and Jeffrey go back to 1998 when Jeffrey as a young lad was introduced as the new apprentice to work under Anthony’s wing. Murano Walls Management Crew are happy to welcome Jeffrey as one of the subcontractors to the Murano Crew since he has taken the leap of faith to join Anthony in becoming self-reliant operators. The acoustic rating is ample to separate the family room and the media room. Also note, no door handle has been installed on the door panel on the fabric side to give a level conclude as needed by the client. Each Murano operable wall and accordion door requires structural support, supplied by St.hillier, for Murano to install our headword and tracking system. All glass on this project was supplied, designed and installed by Murano Walls and their dedicated Crew. Murano Walls have had the opportunity, with the guidance our client’s vision to supply and install not only the Murano L35 frame less glass walls but all other glazing within the build. The glazing includes windows which are louver or pivot designs by Murano Walls, massive pieces of oddly shaped glass found throughout the construct craned in fair weeks earlier, along with the frame less glass balustrade, a lovely almost reflective color back glass fascia which stretches the stuffed span of the unusual roof, pool glass which encumbers not only safety glass but fully engineered base viewing glass panels which can be found shimmering above our client’s en suite area. Having spectacular views of middle Barbour our client began to make inquiries regarding frame less glass bi fold systems that would be suitable for his project wanting to remove his fully framed sliding system which stepped down onto a fully tiled balcony with the idea of reclaiming their view. Kari Joensuu, Director and Estimator for Murano Walls, was optimistic in the construction of this frame less glass wall, so much so that measurements were taken before to any tracking system installation which is not the conventional procedure for our crew in glass measurements which are ultimately taken after the top tracking system is in place. During the inspection of our client’s property, further suggestions were made regarding the cashless windows which occupied the space between the proposed frame less glass bi fold system and each end of the balcony. The results are spectacular, our client so happy with our project works and crew members dedication to whole the project in the time specified, different the contract to include the replacement installation of the frame less glass balustrade, which upon inspection once the timber decking was installed, was under the Australian Standard height requirement. Our client expressed to Murano Walls that they wanted to bring the exterior in by extending their stone bench top outside their vogue window space creating a restrict area for entertaining and for usage by their teenage children when future from the pool area. For this project, Murano Walls designed a seven panel frame less glass bi fold system with center openings and anodized fittings sweeping around the desired area which is doglegged as photographed. A unique Gould was also created in anodized aluminum to cover the existing middle encourage beam to compliment the modern frame and kitchen now installed matching our clients range hood and kick boards but also the Murano L35 bottom and top frames. Murano Walls has also been contracted to install this frame less glass system along with the firm glass overhead the center frame less glass wall on the mezzanine level.
